Frequently asked questions
Before you schedule the conversation
No. Pausa only reads your calendar — nothing else. We don't monitor your screen, keyboard, or mouse, and we never see the content of your emails. Reflecting on how you spend your time is something you do yourself, inside the platform.
By default, no: access is read-only, we can see your events but we don't create, edit, or delete them. If you additionally enable the optional Google Calendar write permission (separate from the read permission), Pausa can create, edit, or delete events, but only when you explicitly ask it to from the platform.
Pausa also integrates with Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365, under the same read-only access principle.
It has three phases. The first two months are onboarding, with close, hands-on support: the living role is built, tracking begins, and the first data-driven conversations start happening. From month 3 to 5, the organization gains independence and the focus shifts to leading with data. From month 6 onward, support is about sustaining the habit and fine-tuning direction — not about being constantly hands-on.
The AI-powered platform is the foundation, and it's always there. A specialized human coach for each leader is activated during implementation, and their involvement tapers off as the habit becomes established. If the organization needs to go deeper, additional levels are available — targeted interventions, workshops and programs, and strategic consulting for leadership — discussed based on need.
We don't publish pricing, because each implementation is sized according to the number of leaders and team members involved. Tell us how your team is organized in an initial conversation, and we'll put together a proposal tailored to you.
