Something was wrong in organizations and we just couldn't stand it. We felt it firsthand: the way we worked, the exhausting pace, the helplessness of running without really knowing where we were going. We saw how work frenzy affected leaders, teams, and collaborators. How reactive cultures, lacking presence or purpose, permeated companies, affecting people. We struggled to manage this relentless workflow ourselves. We looked at each other. This has to change, we said. We wanted to understand what a person needs to manage—and live—better.
We decided to stop and ask ourselves how this reality could be changed. And so this management platform was born. Out of watching closely. Listening. Perceiving. We asked ourselves questions: Can we work more consciously? Can we have healthier organizations? Organizations with less pressure and more perspective, with less anxiety and more quality.”
